Return & Refund Policy

For all Returns, Exchanges and Refunds please carefully read our Terms and Conditions below to ensure you do not waste postage fees sending it back to us to find you do not meet our return policy.

Terms & Conditions 

  • Refunds & Exchanges are welcomed at the shipping expense of the customer (excludes Sale Items and Sitewide Sales) and must be within 14 days of receiving products. 
  • All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping fee to ship to the customer will not be refunded. If exchanging for a new design the shipping fee to be shipped out again will need to be paid again.
  • All products returned to Good Throw Co for an exchange, store credit or refund must be as purchased, intact and in exact condition and packaging as received. Products must not be damaged, used, altered or washed. Packaging must not be missing or damaged. Good Throw Co reserves the right not to accept an exchange or refund if this is not proved to be the case. Once approved and returned acceptable for resale the product will then be exchanged, refunded or the amount transferred to a store credit voucher for the value of the product only.
  • Once we have received your return we will assess the condition and contact you to let you know the outcome. Please allow a few days for your refund to be transferred back to your original means of payment.
  • If requesting a refund a 6% fee will be taken for Afterpay transactions.
  • Make sure you notify us on our email goodthrowco@gmail.com to process your return with your full name, order number, reason for return and return type eg. Exchange, Credit or Refund. This does not mean your return has been accepted it means it has been approved to be shipped back and we will access it once we receive it and make sure all our terms and conditions have been met.

Damaged Goods

  • If an item is damaged please contact us within 3 days of receiving your goods via email with a minimum of 3 photos attached to goodthrowco@gmail.com
